PROFERT™ MARA allows for more rapid nutrient uptake. Foliar spraying is an efficient supplement to growing media fertilisation. PROFERT™ MARA reduces the pH of water to 5.6-6.5 for optimum uptake of nutrients. PROFERT™ MARA can be combined with insecticides and fungicides to increase their effectiveness. PROFERT™ MARA can be applied at higher concentrations without the risk of cell damage. PROFERT™ MARA is a complete plant food which can be used for foliar feeding.
What is different about PROFERT™ MARA? - Complete and balanced.
PROFERT™ MARA is perfectly balanced and contains ALL essential elements.
PROFERT™ MARA has the highest possible concentration of nutrients in a complex molecular structure.
PROFERT™ MARA is produced through 23 chemical reactions from different chemical compounds. The size of the molecular structure enables PROFERT™ MARA to be used in highly sophisticated low volume (LV) and ultra low volume (ULV) sprayers because of the possibility to spray in particles less than 50 microns.
An extremely wide variety of crops have been shown to benefit. Plants normally sensitive to more than low concentrations of single elements (N, P, S, Cu..) have shown outstanding growth. Commercial growers have adopted PROFERT™ MARA in all stages of production. They have found that not only does vegetation growth improve but flowering and fruiting is enhanced.
PROFERT™ MARA is ideal for all crops; in greenhouses or field crops, in all types of water quality. It can be applied as a professional foliar spraying, in commercial, or "trigger pack" in limited domestic use.
Foliar Spraying - Supplement to growing media fertilization:
Passage of all chemical substances occur through:
- Stomata - Small openings in the underside of the leaf.
- Cuticle - Membrane of waterproof, external waxy layer
- Ecdodestomata - Small strands occurring in the outer cell wall of leaf and extending through epidermal cell wall to the Cuticle
Two factors which may interfere with uptake and utilization of nutrients through root system of the plants are: Growing media and weather conditions.
Growing Media Conditions:
- Inadequate pH will reduce availability of nutrients
- Insufficient water in growing media to make nutrients soluble
- Excessive water in growing media causing leaching and fixation
- Low temperature in growing media may stop nutrient uptake
Weather Conditions:
- Wet weather may cause excessive water in growing media
- Dry weather may cause high temperature and insufficient water in growing media
- Cold weather may reduce temperature of growing media
Foliar spraying as an efficient SUPPLEMENT to growing media fertilization can bypass these critical factors. Leaf chlorosis, blossom drop and reduce growth are visual signs of nutritional deficiencies. More accurate proof of shortage and nutrient inavailability is plant tissue analysis. Nutritional deficiencies and other stress problems associated with uptake of nutrients through root system can be easily corrected with foliar spraying as an efficient application of plant nutrients. Foliar spraying is not a substitute for root system ferilization BUT as a supplement it is not only economical but also very beneficial All nutrients are capable of being absorbed by parts of a plant above ground: Leaves, branches, buds, fruit, flowers and stems. At a particular stage: Bud formation, flowering, fruit set and fruit maturation, demand for nutrients is enormous, root system can not simply supply all nutrients required.
Solution is: Foliar Spraying.
Buffering Ability:
PROFERT™ MARA not only stimulates development of the root system, growth of the plant, flowering and fruiting but also adjusts the pH of the water applied to the foliage of the plant to further promote the availability and uptake of ALL nutrients required by the plant.
During the production process, complex chemical reactions take place which result in a product that automatically maintains pH at a range between 5.5 and 6.5 values. This is quite a unique feature and today there is no other properly made complete fertilizer brand that yields this characteristic. Indeed no other formula pretends to possess such buffering capacity
High Nutrient Concentration:
The electrical conductivity (E.C.) is a measure of nutrient concentration. PROFERT™ MARA diluted 1 to 100 will provide an E.C. reading of around 4.0 milli Siemens/cm - considerably higher than most other liquid and foliar fertilizers. This formulation provides a very wide safety margin to eliminate the possibility of leaf burn. Indeed much higher concentrations are possible with specialized Low Volume and Ultra Low Volume spray equipment. Specific recommendations are made depending on the equipment used.
Adverse Soil Conditions:
Under adverse soil conditions, plant foods become unavailable and foliar nutrients can furnish a highly available and rapidly assimilated source of food. Incorporated in a regular cultural program, a most important contribution of nutritional sprays is to promote and maintain a general vigour and health of the plant so that it will perform its normal functions and strengthen it so that it will withstand adverse Karakteristike PROFERT™ MARA:
